Real Madrid won the UEFA Super Cup for the fifth time


The match, which was played at the Olympic stadium in Helsinki, with a capacity of 36,200 seats, was won by Real Madrid who managed the two goals that were scored by players David Alaba (’37) and Karim Benzema (’65).

Real Madrid thus won the fifth UEFA Super Cup in the club’s history, an all-time record, held alongside AC Milan and Barcelona.

The Spanish team also won the UEFA Super Cup in 2002, 2014, 2016 and 2017.
